Kevin goes to plan B. Katherine is one of six women living on a section of property in Australia and she seems to be in charge. Kevin quickly learns that Clancey wants that property too. Also, Katherine has a condition he must meet before he can start digging, he must promise to marry her twin sister Christine and take her away to safety.
