Summer Lee returns with a magical new adventure... on land and in the sea! Carlene isn't your average housewife. She lives with her human husband and their two children. Oh, and her ancestors include magical feminine figures that date back to ancient times. Those relatives are all gone now. As far as Carlene knows, she is the only mermaid left in the ocean.
