This is a generalized meal planning structure. You must be aware of your portion sizes, which depend on your fitness goals. The concept of this book is simple: each week pick meals from our provided recipes and snacks, prepare them in advance, and stock the refrigerator using plastic storage and/or baggies. Anytime you have to rush out of the house, simply grab your meals, put them in your cooler and you will never have any excuses why you missed meals or had to grab some sort of fast food. With all of the options I have given for each meal and snack, you will surely not feel that you are being deprived of anything! The most detrimental thing individuals do that prevents them from losing weight and/or body fat is that they go on a "diet." This book is NOT a "diet" book; it's not even a cookbook. This book is an educational tool to help each reader learn to have a healthy lifestyle of eating, cooking and learning how many meals we must eat and when to eat them.
