These exotic, aromatic and magical energies stimulate our emotions, motivate our minds, aid our physical bodies and nurture our spirit. Using both this knowledge and my own intuitive senses, I was able to connect with the individual plant and receive its specific intention. The task of each recipe is to inspire you to connect with these powerful energies and allow them to enhance your ability to create positive change.
