An Evolutionary Epistemological Critique of Schopenhauer's Metaphysics Anthony Edwards

In the first part of the book the author outlines Arthur Schopenhauer's metaphysical position and identifies a tension which exists at the core of this position. In the second part of the book the author outlines the evolutionary epistemology paradigm and suggests that an evolutionary epistemological interpretation of Schopenhauer's metaphysics could resolve this tension. In the final part of the book an evolutionary epistemological reconstruction of Schopenhauer's metaphysics is outlined in which the identified tension is resolved.
