Huey the Little Red Car Louise Bands

The main character of these intriguing stories is a small red car called Huey. When his owner, an elderly lady called Nan, dies, he is bought by an itinerant school teacher. As she travels around teaching in small country schools in Scotland, it becomes apparent that Huey has a mysterious passenger, the spirit of his former owner, Nan. They find themselves in all sorts of strange, amusing and sometimes dangerous situations. Nan comes to their rescue on many occasions with some interesting and unusual outcomes and adventures.
