Join Rupert and his little sister Pip, as they ponder on the beauty of our planet. Curious about the Earth and all of its wonder, Pip and Rupert embark on a journey of Yoga & Mindfulness, to access their inner Guru's and own inner wisdom. From this wisdom they learn just how wonderful our planet is, how to appreciate all the miraculous things it contains, and what steps we can all follow to help take care of our Earth, and ultimately become a little more Eco. Not only does 'Lets go ECO!' contain a series of Yoga poses ('The Wisdom Sequence'), fun for the whole family, but there are easy to follow hints and tips to help children on their pathway to learning. 'Lets go ECO!' promotes feeling of wellbeing for children, encourages gratitude and appreciation, reflection and positive thought, unity and connection. It can be read as a standalone story, or/ and with the practice of Yoga. The 'Wisdom Sequence' can also be carried out separately, for movement or fun (posters also available). The children of our world, are the future of our planet, so lets support them in planting seeds of care, not just for themselves, but for each other and our planet too!
