"Finding the Right Pieces" is a book about casual relationships, friendships and romantic relationships, that was derived from Dr. Almeleh's many years of observation and experience treating personal relationships. As a Cognitive-Behavioral oriented psychiatrist, Dr. Almeleh developed a model for friendships and romantic relationships, that if kept in mind, can help an individual find the right people for their personal relationships and, very importantly, minimize the anxiety and sensitivity to rejection that can occur during the process of finding these people.
