Fiction. The Clifton Probasco fountain on the cover could have been sketched by the author/illustrator at age nine, but unfortunately fear knocked him at an early age. His faith, restored later when he traveled the world--seeking solace--some comfort never found at his Clifton home. Not yet. He found a purpose in the finished edges of the sketches and vignettes herein. Mr. Lansky, at work on long novels, short stories, and poems, took this glimpse of love, ancestry, and whimsy with a handful of wise observations, all struck sharply as a stone struck a blade from another stone.--Steven Paul Lansky
