HueTrition creates a healthy lifestyle change that lasts. It is NOT a diet, but if you or your family have been struggling to eat enough fruits and vegetables, if you are wondering how to shift to a more plant-based way of eating, or if you just want some new ideas to incorporate nutritious color into your lifestyle, this is a great book for you! You'll learn how to substitute your snacks and side dishes with colorful vegetables. At HueTrition, we divide these foods into 5 categories, grouped by color: blue/purple, red, green, yellow/orange, and white. Dividing fruits and vegetables by color provides an easy way to incorporate nutrient needs and health benefits into our diet. You should aim to consume one of each of the 5 colors every day.



This book also serves as a guide to children. Within the second half of the book, you'll find a story you can read to your children: one that invites them into the world of choosing food through color.
