I live in Claremont California with my husband of 29 years and I have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with my family on picnics and other outdoor activities. I also enjoy reading, adult coloring and jigsaw puzzles. I have traveled across the country and would one day hope to see every state. I have been a Christian for 36 years after being raised in Mormonism. Now I regularly attend my local church of which I am a member.

I attended Hope International University obtaining a B. S. in Biblical Studies and an M. S. in Christian Ministry. While studying I discovered spiritual disciplines and felt compelled to share them after experiencing them myself.
