A small-group program for anti-bullying and peer conflict-resolution through self-empowerment and social skills development




This 10 - week program teaches students about anti-bullying and conflict resolution skills. In the process, children learn important life skills that they can use to resolve and positively shift stressful emotions as well as build self-confidence. The BFF program manual includes scripted dialogues, and a host of unique, fun exercises that allows students to creatively explore their feelings, gain new ways of processing emotions, and thereby discover new understandings to help build personal resilience. Also included are reproducible forms such as parent-permission; confidentiality; and parent surveys. Moreover, Kristine and her daughter, Alana, created the A-Z Power Deck: an inspirational and thoughtful set of 26 illustrated cards for inspiring meaningful conversation and character building concepts also included in this BFF program manual.
