Small town detective Tony Petrocelli's college age daughter, Brianna, has been abducted by escaped felon, Frank Scarpello. The ransom demand is simple. Tony must refuse to testify in the upcoming RICO case against Frankie's father. But Tony would never violate his moral code to do what Frankie wants. Tony, and his partner, Sergeant Michelle Baxter, follow lead after lead in their search for Bri, but every clue takes them to the same place -- nowhere. To save his daughter, Tony must come up with a daring plan that puts him at odds with police policy and the advice of his colleagues.
