Edited and revised April 2014 Frank Bishop is moving south. He's been offered a job as a police chief, but the primary reason he's headed south is a redhead. He has his hands full right away. The former police chief was a little slack and he needs to deal with that. While he's doing that, he also has an unexpected task. He needs to find a killer. No one else really knows how.
