Teachers Have 9 Lives: Now or Never-An Underground to Surface Exposure offers a teacher-student cooperative discussion, set in the future, in which the teacher and students discuss various topics regarding the young people of a past planet Earth (our now). The discussion is followed by a visit to the future where the Last Teacher time travels to a future planet Earth that has been devastated by the choices made by today's society.



Inspired by author Hannah Hope's daily journal entries from Hope's twenty years as an inner-city public-school teacher, this ongoing reality-based conversation is thought-provoking and entertaining. It pairs with Teachers Have 9 Lives: Remember You Forever-An Underground to Surface Exposure, a nonfiction account of Hope's teaching experiences.
