The story would certainly have a great effect on the general population and the political establishment in Washington, D. C. Jack presents his plan of publishing his story to executives at The Times. What he is setting himself up for is far beyond his expectations. While only looking for credibility among his peers, little did he realize that he would witness the mass murders of financial moguls from around the world.
