Katy tells the story of her family and relationships through her life and how the love of her family means everything her that she has suffered enormous, pain and grief that took her down into a life of addictions and saddnes and disfunction to priotect and support her daughter. This story is about how she pulled her self out of the depths of grief and moved forward leaving behind the negative distorted beliefs her father had imbedded in her mind about her and discover what strength she has in working through painful grief of three miscarriages, deaths of close friends and then her beloved Alex. Katy tells of the lessons she has learned along the way and the people who have inspired her and supported her to be this amazing woman she is today. Katy story from living in Morocco and alomsty dying at the hands of her mother in law to supporting her close friend go through dying from Hep C, kidney failure and dyialis to now working with many people to find forfillment in their lives as a Cognative Behaviour Therapist and Empowerment Coach as well as a Public Speaker.
