A Book of Hope is intended to help those bereaved by suicide to realise that they are not alone in their feelings and emotions. Suicide grief is complex, with many mixed emotions. The loss leaves a very deep wound.

A Book of Hope is also intended to help those experiencing adversity of any kind. There are subtle messages of inspiration for all readers. I share information about my journey, healing, and ongoing transformation. Perhaps one small detail will become part of someone else's survival guide.
