Before partition of Bengal, Kiriti Chatterjee went on a mission for kidnapping a virgin girl and marrying her to be his wife. When he brought the kidnapped girl home and untied her hands, feet and mouth, Kiriti came to know that the girl was indeed a Muslim housewife. Now Kiriti was in a fix; he could not return the girl to her family in apprehension of her honour killing. Kiriti's parents were not ready to accept her as a bride of the family. Kiriti came out of his parents' place and rented a flat to live with the kidnapped girl as his partner. The father of one of Kiriti's friends accepted the kidnapped girl as his daughter and became Kiriti's father-in-law. After this, Kiriti started a non-violent revolution to remove boundaries between countries. His theme was: "Let's belong to our World and Let World belong to us - to work for and to live in. Let boundaries disappear between countries and families." In the world without boundaries, Bangladesh and West Bengal became close friends again because of their common mother tongue
