To You Who Don't Understand, I mean no offense. I meant that in the nicest way possible. Which is why I write you this letter, to maybe help you understand, even if just a little bit better, what it's like to live with depression. Because it's difficult to truly fathom unless you have experienced. But for all of us who do understand, I will try to explain it on our behalf.
