The Captivity of the Soul Frederick Amon-Armah

Acts 26:17-18 suggests to us our own captivity when we were also lost in our sins and thus, the seriousness of the situation of brethren in our families, clans, villages, communities, towns, cities and nation who do not know the Lord Jesus Christ and have not accepted him as their Lord and Saviour. Following the example of Apostle Paul, we are to submit to Christ, walk in obedience to him in spite of persecution or opposition and do the great commission of going and making disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything Christ Jesus has commanded us (Mathew 28:19). Let us do the work of an Evangelist as Apostle Paul also admonished his son Timothy (2 Timothy 4:5). Finally, let's have the understanding that soul winning is Spiritual and hence, warfare, and prepare and equip ourselves adequately as our Lord Jesus Christ who is our captain and army commander leads us in triumphant victories.
