This book takes the reader through a historical journey of the country of Iran's history and migration trends of Iranians that have immigrated to the United States. It further illustrates the hardships and adjustments Iranians have had to endure to assimilate and acculturate to their new host country, the United States. Through an empirical research study conducted and highlighted in the book, the author highlights how second generation Iranian immigrants have created a balance between their parental traditional standards and their country of birth?s cultural norms, in addition to maintaining their Persian language.
