The research presented in this document explored the relationship of perceived ethical climate and perceived organizational support on the job-related affective well-being of an organizations constituency through a quantitative research methodology. The basic premise of the research mantained that the ethical climate and organizational support of an organization influence and affect the affective well-being of that organization and that the relationships are predictive in nature. The presented premise supports the rationale of the research which suggests a cognitive-affective model of ethical decision making and explains the relationship between emotions and ethical behaviors. The study found a significant and predictive relationship between all of the relationship variables but not in all variable components.
