The Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) gas pipeline has been under construction. Due to disturb political situation in Pakistan and Afghanistan, ithas been postponed. If these two countries would have normalised their political situation and stop their terror activities in their space, then it would be accessible and cheapest transit route to India.
