We are interested in its arguments that made several states in the United States of America approved gay marriage legislation. , abstract: Although marriage is regarded as an essential institution in the society, it has been a subject of controversy due to suggestion on its modification which is referred to as same-sex marriage. In that case, some groups or sectors in the society suggested that both females and or males as partners may enter into the covenant of marriage just like the union of both male and female. In this paper, the topic is focused on the question: should gay marriage be legalized?
