In modern business practice and literature, integrated relationships and arms? length relationships are viewed as two ends of the industrial relationship structure spectrum that shapes business to business transactions. Though, it is commonly agreed that integrated types of relationships have some unique characteristics that differentiate them from traditional business relations, in various studies it is shown that both relationship structures have some costs and benefits. This book aims to demonstrate how the nature of the relationship structures between suppliers and their industrial buyers affect the business and financial performance of the suppliers.
