The main impetus for the present study has come from the fact that very few of studies have been conducted on the militancy affected institutionalized children undertaken. So an attempt has been made to study the basic needs and personality traits of these children. This will help the NGO'S and Government to plan programme for the welfare of the children. Well i am trying to share the truama faced by childrenm those who are affected by militancy. How innocent children are living their life without parents,their life is so precious, because they are our future. They need love, affection and care in their tender years of life but unfortunately they are living in the institutions with the different atmosphetre.
