The study focused at how domestic workers in a low density suburb in Harare, Zimbabwe copied with work-related challenges. It established a plethora of challenges that these domestic workers faced at their workplaces, and how they consequently responded to them both individually and collectively. The study therefore envisaged that domestic workers are not passive but they are active agents who always strategise to mitigate their deplorable work conditions.
