V shirokozonnykh poluprovodnikovykh plenkakh SiC i SnO2, obladayushchikh vysokoy tverdost'yu, khimicheskoy stoykost'yu, vysokoy temperaturoy plavleniya i sposobnykh rabotat' pri povyshennykh temperaturakh, kharakternym svoystvom i obshchey problemoy yavlyaetsya segregatsiya odnogo iz komponentov: S v sloyakh SiCx i Sn v sloyakh SnOx.
