The Russian economy's exit from the global financial crisis, its transition to innovative way of development is impossible without appeal to new forms and methods of influence on people's consciousness in order to increase the efficiency of their activity. The effective motivation system gives an impulse to economic and social development, creating conditions for realization of human abilities and is an important component of management effectiveness increase.
