The promotion of artistic culture is an essential function of the Bachelor of Education: Art Instructor, in educational institutions. In spite of the importance of the subject and the contributions of science, there are limitations in the professional performance of this educator to carry out the socio-cultural diagnosis for each artistic manifestation. This is made concrete in the problem of the investigation: How to perfect the professional improvement of the Bachelor of Education: Art Instructor for the promotion of the artistic culture in the educational institutions? It is proposed as an objective of the investigation: To characterize the process of professional overcoming of the Graduate in Education: Art Instructor. In the investigation methods and techniques of the theoretical, empirical and mathematical-statistical level were used. The corroboration of the pertinence of the contributions of the investigation and its implementation in the pedagogic practice demonstrated its scientific-methodological value.
