Nature makes economic use of materials by optimizing the design of the entire structure to meet multiple needs. So, natural materials are self-generating, hierarchical, multi functional, non linear, composite, adaptive, self repairing and biodegradable.. The use of natural products as a biomaterial is currently undergoing a resurgence in the biomedical field. Biomaterial is used to make devices to replace a part or a function of the body in a safe, reliable, economic, and physiologically acceptable manner. One of the advantages of using natural materials for implants is that they are similar to materials, and are familiar to the body systems.
