At the beginning of the XXI century the role of international investment and financial markets (currency, credit, stock markets) is strengthening, international capital acquires an independent and self-sufficient value. These new conditions and the nature of post-industrial economy itself become a new environment for formation of both national competitiveness and competitiveness of industrial enterprises. The peculiarities of the process of involvement of national investment and currency and financial markets into the global system of functioning and reproduction of these relations within the framework of the world economy require rethinking in the use of traditional tools of increase of competitiveness of industrial enterprises, which allows to flexibly use all forms and methods of both internal and external tools of financing.
