Six SIGMA in Waste Reduction in Automotive Industry Armando Lerma Flores

The automotive company has become one of the most important industries in the modern era that lies in the social and economic effect. The lack of quality in the design of car headlight is a fundamental part of the car. This project emphasizes the reduction of waste in the process of headlights that negatively affects productivity and late delivery to the customer. Through the six sigma methodology and steps of DMAIC was able to identify the variable of contamination in the lenses significantly reducing waste.
