Elections are now a reality in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and the Congolese are becoming more and more familiar with electoral gymnastics. However, the governments and the institution that have the mission to organize the elections discourage the voters because despite the determination of the latter, the organized process is tainted with many defects and obstacles: it is opaque, it is accompanied by violence sometimes serious, does not allow to reach unanimity on the acceptance of the results, the results are published before the closure of the compilation of ballots and minutes, lack of display of results in the centers, facilitates controversies on the tools used, it excludes some citizens by depriving them of their right to vote, . .. This book aims to alert everyone to the lessons learned from the experiences of 2006, 2011 and 2018 in order to do better next time in the interest of national cohesion.
