This research is based on the existing literature on comparative law and jurisprudence, combined in the light of the National Constitution, the International Treaties and the regulations in force, in order to draw up guidelines in accordance with reality and for the benefit of the subjects of the Code of Children and Adolescents - children - whose physical and psychological integrity must be protected. Specific cases that form part of a documentary investigation are examined, where the indicators correspond to the different categories in accordance with the objectives set out, where the personal assessment of the researcher can be verified in accordance with the data obtained directly from real files in Paraguay and the jurisprudence of Spain.
