The purpose of the work is to reflect on school violence, seeking to identify causes and solutions resulting from the vicissitudes of educators. Several instruments were elaborated to record the data from the class diaries, as well as an estimation scale to categorize the information provided by the departments. The research was carried out through the Phenomenological-hermeneutic method. Among the results, the approach to disruptive behavior, reinforced by low academic performance, stands out. In this sense, it is analyzed students who received the process of family support during, that is to say if the mother is present in the student life of the son: situations of the student, initiatives to solve problems of the son. In short, if she provides the "care" that the child needs. In this sense, the participation of the family, especially the mother, of the student's situation and her willingness to solve the problem is the indispensable mechanism to improve the problem of school violence.
