Corona Warriors Darshan Gandhi English edition

Nexus Stories' fourth National Level Story Writing Contest was on inspiration-based the true story of corona warriors. Nexus had organized this contest in Sep.'2020.



The whole world is fighting against the unexpected pandemic Covid-19. India also implemented a sudden lockdown in March 2020 to combat the rise of Covid-19. However, Covid-19 has changed the lives of many forever. Many people have lost their jobs, many have changed their professions to survive and many are sustaining their jobs. Suddenly situation became altogether different for every human being.



However, there were few professions, which were at the utmost risk of Covid-19 due to their nature of work. A few of them are Doctors, Nurse, Medical staff, Paramedical, Police force, Garbage collectors, Sweepers, etc.



Like true warriors, considering work as their worship, all doctors, nurses, medical staff, sweepers, and police worked day and night for the service of people by putting their life at high risk. Indian Army protects us from the enemy at the border whereas these Corona Warriors were protecting us from an invisible enemy called Covid-19. So to highlight and display true stories of them, it motivated Publisher to held a story writing contest at all Indian levels to honour the bravery of Corona warriors.
