Womenfolk constitute half population of the world. Though they are almost numerically equal, the position of women is the bone of contention irrespective of the time period. India, the traditional bound country, gives a due respect and reverence to women. Ironically, women are most affected segment of our country. They are being targeted and subjugated to various social evils even in the digital era. The graph of crime against women and girl children are always linear. We can't deny the role of women in national development and buildings.
