Someone has abducted and murdered nearly thirty young women, randomly dumping their abused bodies alongside the nation's highways. What little evidence the authorities have, points to a long-haul trucker. Jack Fredericks, an FBI agent, has been tasked with connecting the dots and stopping the deviate. But the man he's chasing is smart and careful, often leaving behind little or no physical evidence. Finally, on a river bend near Omaha, the locals find a young woman's body that may break the case wide open. What will it take to catch the killer before he takes his next victim?
