'The Strange Fulfilment' continues the saga of Amos Coomber as he pursues all avenues to fulfil his mother's dream for him to achieve the sort of recognition and affluence that will better their lot. The book then traces Amos's travel through the Sahara desert, right across the Mediterranean Sea and into Europe. It also recounts the risks, hardships and uncertainties of his life as an illegal immigrant in Europe. Yet, amidst of all these dismal periods in his life, Amos focuses on a glimmer of light, which he trails from the conception of his mother's simple dream to its grand fulfilment.
