In the second book "The green snakes of the bush" A little elephant goes for a walk in a forest in South Africa and meets some green snakes. In the third book, "Lia and the little people" on the edge of the Karkloof forest lives a little girl called Lia. She is friends with the little people who love to sing and dance, but also in the forest lives an evil witch doctor. . . The Reading Nature series is aimed at first-time readers to give them the opportunity to practice their reading. Stunning photos will educate and enthrall young readers. The Reading Nature series is aimed at readers in Grade 1 to 3 with environmental topics for themes. The text is designed to give a learner practice in reading interesting and enjoyable content. Content is specifically sourced to appeal to South African children in general but specifically to Rural and Township learners. It would however also appeal to children from around the world.
