A River Of Living Water Everything has a beginning, in the Christian's life that is salvation: accepting everything that Christ did to bring us into a full and close relationship with God the Father. That isn't the end, though, it is the beginning. Christ puts His Spirit into our heart and lives at salvation with the intention to mold us into the likeness of Christ. As we mature in that relationship with God through obedience to His Word, the Bible, our old nature is transformed, and new character is built. The Fruit of the Spirit begins to grow in our lives. As we serve and minister Christ to those around us, the Holy Spirit uses His Gifts to equip us in that service, not only to serve others but strengthen our own faith.
