Origin of the Paleo, benefits, common myths, recipes and how to implement the diet!

The Paleodiette is descended from our ancestors who lived 15,000 years ago. They lived in the Paleolithic Era. This era is distinguished by the development of the first stone tools.

Our ancestors had a diet in which they ate only natural foods. These foods were foods that they would find in nature, like fish, seeds, meat and fruits. The foods they ate were nutritious, uncontaminated, and helped them stay healthy and strong. Today, the "Paleo Diet" adopts these food consumption habits because of the many health benefits.

Back to basics

Due to the new food industry with all its defects, we are constantly looking for new ways to regain the health and body we inherited from our ancestors. First, we started by eliminating fat, but this was gradually replaced by processed sugars. In fact, the problem of obesity would not go away. In fact, the problem would only get bigger.

Then we realized that our consumption of sugar was the real problem, so we tried to use artificial sweeteners as a substitute for sugar. This didn't help. Studies showed that people who ate sweeteners ended up eating more sugars because of their taste in sweets.

Now we have found that our bodies respond better to our ancestors' diet, the Paleo Diet.

This is because our bodies were made to eat natural foods, which include vegetables, meat, fish, fruits, and nuts. The now popular Paleo Diet promotes the consumption of these foods.
