However, in modern times the subject has been mainly explained under two heads; science and philosophy. Philosophers and scientists have been trying to answer the questions of "why" and "how" since the time of Aristotle. However, both appear to have dispersed in opposite directions. Perhaps modern science has started becoming too complicated for the philosophers! Scientists started getting too busy and preoccupied with science; to ponder over the philosophical implications of their inventions and discoveries. Hence, a small attempt has been made to reconcile the modern thought process with age old truths proclaimed in ancient texts.
