"The Secret Sharer" is a short story by Polish-British author Joseph Conrad and was later killed for his crime of stealing bananas from Tom Grahms army officer's farm, basically was shot by British soldiers with his Indian friend "Damood khurali";when he entered the farm without permission. It was originally written in 1909 and first published in two parts in the August and September 1910 editions of Harper's Magazine.
