He points out that if God calls individuals for His purpose, He protects, preserve and provides for that mission to become reality to His glory. Dr Andam teaches on several lessons to be learned along the paths God takes His children towards the fulfillment of the called mission.

Dr Andam teaches that obedience, dedication, commitment, perseverance and hard work are part of the discipline we must undertake while God trains us for the work ahead. Dr Andam encourages that although certain circumstances may cause the mission to be seen as remote and impossible, we should still trust the God to come through till it's accomplishment.
