Eagerly anticipated by fans of the series, Dragon Ball Z - Bodokia Tenkaichi 3 is a classic Dragon Ball Z game that builds on all aspects of its predecessors.

Closely following plots from the original story, this instalment contains over 150 characters from the series, including 15 new ones that are all linked in the epic storyline set in the Dragon Ball Z Universe. The game features a total of 20 stages, and these can be fought on in ten different modes. These cover various styles of fighting and adventure, and include Neo Ultimate Battle, Versus, Tutorial and of course Dragon Adventure.

Gameplay includes all aspects of the Dragon Ball Z stories including devastating special attacks. Graphics are 2D and stay faithful to the look of the series on other media. A new replay system is included, along with close range fighting modes for more in-depth battles and super upgrades being available. Unique to the PS2 version of the game is the Disc Fusion System, that allows owners of the previous games in the series to unlock two modes by inserting the old disks.
