Catherine Zeta-Jones leads the cast in this absurdly fun romantic comedy as Sandy, a suburban mother with the seemingly perfect life, a loving husband and two charming kids. She quickly finds things are not quite as they seem when she discovers her seemingly faithful husband is in the middle of a sordid affair. In search of a new life, Sandy relocates to New York where she meets baby faced Aram Finklestein (Justin Bartha), a young man who agrees to babysit for her as she goes finds herself a new man. It's not long, before she realises that Aram might be The One, but a 15 year age gap, is now is the main source of her worries!
Other than straying into the generic rom-com territory, THE REBOUND delivers huge laughs time and time again, borrowing from the same realism that made films like KNOCKED UP and JUNO so brilliantly funny. Bart Freundlich directs.
