"Wilding" is the evocative original score to the acclaimed 2024 documentary of the same name. A collaboration between the Grammy-nominated Jon Hopkins and Icelandic composer Biggi Hilmars, the album serves as a sonic parallel to the rewilding of the Knepp Estate in West Sussex, a radical environmental project where nature was allowed to reclaim over-farmed land.

The score is a living, breathing landscape of sound, constructed from organic textures, delicate strings, and intimate piano passages. Hopkins notably manipulated his own voice for the "Wilding Theme," processing it until it resembled a strange kind of ancient woodwind instrument.
